Good place to work, good people if you avoid going into deep conversations, Salary might be good at the beginning, you might be promised for an appraisal but it wont ever happen unless you are a friend with management to be honest, but overall it was one of the best jobs I joined in my life before.

Cons Fast Paced environment at sometime I find stressfull. Yes No. The company is only good for people who have know or relatives in their department lead. Human resource and Finance are really bad department and with really dirty politics. No respect at all. Top management very good and motivating. Honestly the company should take action against people getting promoted every year vs people not getting promoted in many years.

Is there any issue with performance? Whether the message was communicated? Still very back in all this employee related things. Okay place to work. There are times when they don't value family times of their employees. They should have atleast the courtesy of giving their employees their valuable family time.
