When do bishops get hyper skills

The shield is not affected by buff duration extension effects. After being activated, it cannot be reactivated for a short time, even if Holy Magic Shell is cast again. Cannot trigger Holy Magic for 80 sec Cooldown: 90 sec.
Attacks with a holy arrow, dealing tremendous holy damage. Very effective against Undead or Devil monsters. Restores party members' HP. Restores Undead party members as well. A holy ray of light shines down from the sky, burning up to 15 monsters at one time. Deals tremendous holy damage to all targets. This skill has increased crit chance. Use a ray of holy light to resurrect a party member. Resurrected party members have brief invincibility, which cannot be extended by buffs. Not affected by cooldown reset. MP Cost: Revive all KO'd party members within range and make them invincible for 8 sec. Cooldown: sec. Lets you use skills without spending MP and increases knockback resistance. Suggestion 2, regular Holy Symbol should be updated with drop rate so that the hyper skill point can be used for something else.
Or Decent Holy Symbol should be nerfed to match the original skill or you should rename the skill to something else because they are not the same skill.
I've been searching for an explanation as to why the HS skills aren't the same and haven't found any discussion or information.
Most people have just been upset about the Holy Symbol nerf due to the party play aspect of it. In terms of fairness and consistency, I feel like suggestion 2 is a bug more than a suggestion that should be made. Comments Fuhreak. June edited June The Holy Symbol distance nerf I read about should resolve the having two PCs and HS mules; however, it doesn't really explain the need for a Decent Holy Symbol skill to not match the original skill but also include what is suppose to be a hyper skill boost.
This is like me requesting to have a Decent Speed Infusion with passive final attack damage boost tackled on which the original skill doesn't have.
